Summertime is the best time for fun in Happy Valley.  Kids can cool off at the Splash Pad in Happy Valley Park, or join in the activities of the visiting Summer RecMobile.  Don't forget our biggest event of the year - the 4th of July Family Festival!  Summer Concerts fill the evening air with music from mid-July through August.  For dates and times, 2010 Summer Events.

National Night out is a program designed to heighten crime prevention awareness and strengthen neighborhood and police community partnerships, while sending a message to criminals that our neighborhoods are organized and fighting back against crime.
Neighborhood Block Parties and Cook outs are visited by Happy Valley Police and Clackamas Fire District, with lights and sirens annoucing their arrival! Members of City Council, the Traffic and Public Safety Committee members, and city staff will also be there.

Our six evening concert series features a variety of entertainment from rock to blues & jazz. Come to Happy Valley Park and enjoy the summer sounds on Thursday nights in Mid-July and August.
