Mission Statement: Provide meeting facilities appropriate to the event for civic, local, regional, state and federal goverment entities to establish, promote and strengthen parnerships that will enhance the quality of life for its residents.

The City of Happy Valley has several meeting areas available for non-profit civic groups and government related meetings. Our Facility Use Application must be submitted and approved, along with proof of liability insurance for the use of any facility or room through the City of Happy Valley. You can buy insurance through the NLC-sponsored TULIP program, or you can purchase a policy through another private insurance carrier of you choice. Upon approval, you will receive confirmation and building access information for your reservation.
